A charitable Trust is now established to deliver a project with the aim of establishing a Visitor Centre to commemorate the Jacobite risings from 1689 until 1746 with specific reference to The Battle of Falkirk Muir.
The centre will become part of both the geographical community of Falkirk and the community of interest pertaining to Jacobite and wider Scottish and European history.
For a few minutes, go back to the '45 and find out what happened in the dramatic story of the events which led to the battle, the battle itself, and the men who participated in it.
